Hotels and Hospitality
The hospitality sector has been one of the most challenged through Covid and the recovery has been far from linear. However, with both traveller numbers and revenue per available room increasing beyond pre-Covid peaks, we believe there could be a resurgence of opportunities and we are well placed to assist both developers and operators to take advantage. We see this sector as a dynamic hotbed of innovation and expression, and we embrace the opportunity to partner with our clients to help realise and amplify their vision to create places, spaces and experiences which are memorable and enduring.
More
We have delivered a number of Australasia’s major hotel developments, from Auckland’s Intercontinental Hotel, Te Arikinui Pullman, SkyCity Horizon, to the Christchurch Airport Novotel, and our most exclusive accommodation – the Flock Hill Homestead. That’s over 1,000 rooms designed and delivered by Warren and Mahoney in the last five years.

How we can help

We can help developers and operators at every stage of a project. We can help test the feasibility and viability of sites to assess their potential quickly and efficiently. We can then develop concepts and a vision to build operator and investor interest before developing and resolving designs that create high performing and differentiated assets. We can also help asset owners refurbish assets to maintain their relevance.

More
Our experience balances both traveller trends and the commercial reality of hotel development - we know that working at the intersection of both is how to deliver a successful experience and commercial asset.
