With the construction of Wynyard Quayside within the Innovation Precinct beginning, we worked closely with our client to produce interior visuals that allowed them to communicate the qualities of the space to prospective tenants.
Though no formal design process of the spaces had been undertaken, a general “look and feel” was settled on and our in-house interior design team provided direction, allowing us to execute to a tight budget and timeframe. This deeply collaborative approach engenders a conversational style of work - informal, relaxed and non-adversarial, allowing for scope shift as the project progresses.
With our in-house design capabilities, allied with our strong technical abilities, we were able to deliver visuals that speak to the crafted qualities of the development and its premium site. The imagery communicates the vibrancy of a modern office space, while demonstrating attention to materiality, texture, light and form.
