Haukāinga - A true home for KPMG providing staff and clients with a deep sense of belonging and manaaki

KPMG

KPMG’s new office has been designed around accessibility and inclusivity. The space reflects the local Pōneke Wellington area and iwi Te Āti Awa. Cultural design elements were sensitively integrated within this project, strengthening what KPMG see as a long-term relationship. The design sought to create a generous workplace with heart; a space that provides clients, collaborators, visitors, and staff with a deep sense of belonging and manaaki.
This fit out presents a unique identity, journey and supports a generous range of relaxed spaces for working and meeting.

This is not just a place for staff to work. The design ensures that it is also a space for social interaction, for connection, and for quiet reflection.
