With detailed planning and BIM management, we enabled all consultants to model data in real time. This heralded a new era in digital collaboration.

Creating long term value
As a long-term asset owner, Precinct Properties were interested in utilising BIM for asset management. 10 Madden was made AM/FM ready with the use of prepopulated meta-data 'host' parameters. Adding this data to the model future proofs the digital asset for later use.
Our 3D cloud-based collaboration platform and BIM workflows streamlined deliverables through design and construction and reduced design coordination issues needing to be solved during construction.
