For this post-pandemic workplace that embraces flexible working, a range of ambient and atmospheric zones create potent individual and shared focused spaces. As a destination to drive innovation, the design was guided by the central revelatory idea of The Inflection Point.
The project principles led to four distinct planning and experiential approaches to reset your focus on arrival and harness the collective energy in an epicentre of vibrant activity, accented by colour, energy and movement.
The outer edges are designed for calm and focus, offering mindfulness and quiet, accented by warm tones, soft edges, layered planting and optimal light and views. The space is acoustically treated, monotone and focused.
The Whispir Social Club, a hospitality space serving curated F&B, sits in the heart of the space. The Social Club is inclusive and warm, with an intimate, traditional, dark material palette, complemented by the luxurious reflective entry surfaces.
The design sought a responsible and pragmatic approach to sustainability by maximising the reuse of existing furniture and preserving and celebrating the existing base building.
