All Private Suites are located on desirable floors of the various assets, with premium views and access to great amenities. They provide a partially fitted out tenancy with the necessary facilities to enable businesses to move in quickly, without having to address the capital costs of fit out.
Private Suites are a combination of intentional universal design and strong experiential storytelling, giving them a point of difference in a saturated market of sub-optimal equivalents. The suites are designed for longevity and multiple tenancies over the years. They elevate the user experience, providing shared spaces away from the individual tenancies including the use of a premium boardroom for important engagements.
Precinct currently has five Private Suites across Auckland’s CBD, designed by Warren and Mahoney: One Queen Street, 10 Madden, 188 Quay Street, AON Building and PWC Tower, Commercial Bay.
All Private Suites have a high-end common area, offering boardrooms and break out spaces. The suites offer a blend of hotel and workplace aesthetic; comfortable, assured and timeless with premium views.
As part of our continued sustainable best practice investment in partnership with Precinct, each fit out is designed to meet Green Star 5 standards regardless of whether accreditation is sought. This is achieved through a universal design methodology, modular and replicable design elements, standardised construction methods and specifications, and minimal new fit out interventions on each site. We also specify either locally designed, made or sourced furniture and materials, often intended to underpin the narrative of each unique experience.
Each suite tells a unique story, reflecting the values of sustainability, innovation, and local craftsmanship.
