In a market as competitive as that of the Auckland residential, meeting and exceeding expectations of quality is paramount. Our team took on this challenge in two ways. Firstly, making a conscious decision not to leave out the micro details that add the inimitable sense of life to this set; and secondly, making time to step back to look at the broader scale of the development to ensure consistency and a smooth delivery.

With our architects sitting in the same office, we were able to collaborate closely with them on all aspects of this project. Materiality, siting, buildability and detailing were discussed daily. Untold iterations were undertaken to ensure we were delivering the intent of our design team and delivering on the absolute quality our client expected.

44 townhouses within a broader masterplan and all its intricacies represented a challenging scope of work. We utilised our internal management abilities and software to keep track of the ongoing changes and updates, allowing us to have an overview of progress at all times. This gave us and our client the confidence as to milestone tracking, while also allowing us the ability to demonstrate progress clearly and concisely.
