Pushing the boundaries
Returning client Carpe Group wanted to push the boundaries of luxury residences developing ten ultra-luxury apartments. Sought-after ground floor apartments have large, private courtyard gardens modelled around the traditional homes in the area. The three-level development has four apartments on both the ground and first floor with large balconies, and two top floor penthouses encompassed by wrap around terraces.
Materiality and textural palette
Aimed at the downsizing market all residences are large, spacious and well appointed. Grand, robust materials and a light colour palette inspired by the local context create warm and refined interiors. Each apartment is unique with an emphasis on luxurious master suites containing generous double ensuites and walk-in wardrobes. Sophisticated living spaces are complimented by high-end kitchens with butlers’ pantries and integrated bar units.
The design is decidedly understated with elegant forms and restrained openings that enhance the overall sense of luxury.
