Commercial Bay - Graphic and Wayfinding Design

The ambition for the identity of this project was to establish the building as a beacon for innovation, technology, new ways of working, living, shopping and eating. The biggest challenge was the integration of multiple large named tenancies, while enabling a single shared entrance. We have developed a clear brand architecture and wayfinding strategy that converts this challenge into an opportunity, bringing clarity to user journeys, while elevating the overall experience and sense of place.
We executed a ‘less is more’ approach that ensures the wayfinding is embedded and integrated in the fabric of every building – rather than the feature. This has allowed continuity across a variety of project deliverables and wayfinding formats.
