Student Living The 442-bed student accommodation facility, located on the edge of Auckland University’s campus, is a forward-thinking, comprehensive student village. The design reflects a deep understanding of the unique requirements of student housing and strives to create an environment that feels like a "home for learning" — a place where students can grow intellectually, socially, and emotionally.
The building is constructed using a strictly modular format, allowing all 442 student bedrooms to be prefabricated off-site. This approach streamlines the construction process and provides several long-term benefits, including cost-effective refurbishment opportunities and a simplified construction programme. The use of prefabricated modules also ensures quality interior finishes, creating a consistent, high-standard living experience for residents.
