For this project, visual collateral was developed in such a way that the context and proposed design were equally balanced - imbuing the images with a sense of place that is both authentically Auckland, as well as an exciting vision of a world-class place to live, work and play.
From sea-based photography to real-time software, the full gamut of our creative and visualisation abilities were utilised throughout this project.

Deep consideration was taken by our visualisation team to deliver on the promises this project holds. This implicit desire to express the project and our own creative outputs was realised by listening first, and then going far above and beyond expectations. The end result is a stunning portfolio of visual work that is informed by a carefully crafted piece of design in Tamaki Makaurau.
This is an incredible, once in a generation opportunity to enhance the vibrancy of Auckland’s city centre, and to create a seamless connection along the waterfront. Our ambition is to deliver a true mixed-use precinct encompassing office, residential, and hospitality as well as new urban spaces for residents and the public.
