Larnook Armadale

Larnook Armadale is a collection of two and three-bedroom residences, including a spacious penthouse. All have generous wrap around balconies and terraces creating a physical connection to the surrounding tree lined neighborhood.

All apartments have a flexible design to meet the changing needs of residents and enable individuality in the reconfiguration of internal spaces. Passive ventilation, a sensitive material palette and high levels of natural light and orientation anchor the apartments into the streetscape.

The history of the area includes 19th century Victorian mansions whose grounds were subdivided and replanned into the streets and land parcels that we see today. Using Larnook Mansion, of which Larnook Street is now named as a catalyst, architectural elements are reimagined in a contemporary manner to allow the integration of the building into the broader suburban context.
