Warren and Mahoney celebrates new Wellington promotions 

This follows years of sustained growth and impact by Katherine Skipper and Rodney Sampson, who were previously Studio Principal and Head of Design respectively. 

“WAM’s Creative Leadership model involves the appointment of a Head of Design and a Studio Principal in a co-leadership model, intended to elevate the presence and visibility of design within the practice in alignment with our strategy,” says WAM Chair Andrew Tu’inukuafe. 

“Simon and Claire are both talented leaders and designers, and bringing fresh insight into our leadership teams ensures we remain focussed on the challenges of today and tomorrow. We have every confidence that they will lead the studio to further growth and success, and we’re excited to see Simon and Claire elevated into these roles.
