Deep expertise. A commitment to collaboration. A love of design. Our multidisciplinary teams work together across our seven Australasian locations with a strong culture of creativity, collaboration and innovation.
We’re ambitious for you.
We have a talented team who want to make a difference, whatever their role is. Within our ’one studio’ structure, there’ll be chances to tackle varied, challenging, creative projects across cities and locations. Our ongoing portfolio includes once-in-a-generation public projects, ground-breaking sustainability and masterplanning projects, and our work is frequently recognised with awards.
We’ll help you grow.
We support the development of all our team through in-house mentoring, Career Conversations twice a year, on-the-job training and formal training in both technical and soft skills. We have a focus on supporting our graduate architects as they progress towards registration, through specific training and information sharing sessions.
We will reward and support you.
We have six beautiful studios, all in great locations. Our active social culture includes sports teams, Friday drinks and plenty of other opportunities to get to know your colleagues. We offer plenty of scope for flexible and remote working, so our people can pursue their passions, raise families, and still advance their careers. We support our parents by paying primary caregivers three months’ full salary and Kiwisaver/Superannuation contributions while on parental leave. We offer discounted medical insurance and have an employee assistance programme if you or your family are in difficulty. We also acknowledge loyalty through our long-service award programme, plus all the little things – great coffee, fresh fruit, morning and afternoon snacks – that perk up your day.
